CESCO grate magnets are designed for mechanical or gravity fed processing systems where metal trash from nuts, bolts, and miscellaneous hardware to stainless steel fines as small as 0.0001 inches can be captured from product flow by magnetic grids of powerful neodymium rare-earth magnets.
CESCO grate separators are typically fabricated to customer specifications using 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes and frames. Square, rectangular, or circular designs appropriate to the application minimize metal bridging and product build-up when installed in barrels, bins, chutes, hoppers, or other enclosures.

Metal trash and fines, including work-hardened stainless steel as small as 0.0001 inches are captured by powerful, rare-earth, neodymium magnets and held in-place until cleaned. Powered by proprietary, easy to clean, tube or plate circuits that operate to pressures of 750 PSI and temperatures of 500â° F.

CESCO all stainless steel, bullet-shaped, magnetic separators are designed for pneumatic or gravity flow conveying lines where metal trash is best separated from product flow by tapered poles created by a bullet-shaped cartridge. Powerful, rare-earth, neodymium magnets capture and hold iron, steel, or nickel trash and stainless steel shear until cartridge is removed and cleaned. CESCO MagBullets are designed with cross-sectional areas that are nearly equal to the line in which they are installed. This means they can be installed in virtually any position without product dropping out of suspension or reducing the separator’s ability to remove metal trash – even as small as 0.0001 inches in size.
